■New Modern "C"ネックシェイプ
エントリー・ユーザーにも握りやすく、くせがないニュー・モダン“C”グリップとなった。低価格でも日本製らしく、エッジ処理を施された2R/2Rエッジ設計。
ツバ出しの指板を採用。頭出しのトラスロッド仕様により、ネック調整が必要な場合も簡単にアクセスできる。
■USデザイン・データを採用したボディ設計
フェンダーのUSデザイン・データを日本のマシンに使うことで、アメリカ製と同様の木工加工ができる。それにより、滑らかなエルボー・コンターに変更。テレキャスターではバックカットを採用している。
■優れたサスティンを提供するSustain Block
ベースのブリッジには、重めの金属であるブラス製のブロックを採用している。
■ジャック部のトラブルに強いPure Tone Jackを採用
ジャック部は低価格のモデルではトラブルを起こしやすい。今回は、全モデルに抜けにくい構造に加え、シグナル伝達も向上している。
■オレンジ・ドロップ・キャパシター
全モデルにオレンジドロップキャパシターを採用。
■ニューカラー
新たにModena RedとForest Blueが追加。
■新開発のHybrid II Custom Voiced Pickup
USのプロダクト・マネージメント・チームと共同開発したピックアップを搭載。使いやすい最適なゲインの確保とトーンバランスを想定している。。ベース用ピックアップはトーンバランス考慮し、スタッガード・ポールピースを採用している。
