フェンダーからNoventa Single-Coil PU搭載の３モデルが登場した
フェンダーからNoventa Single-Coil ピックアップを搭載した３モデルが発売された。
３モデルとは
・Noventa Telecaster / 1PUモデル
・Noventa Stratocaster / 2PUモデル
・Noventa Jazzmaster / 3PUモデル
というラインナップになっている。
まず、今回のNoventa Single-Coilは、フェンダーの一般的なシングルコイル・ピックアップよりも大型なピックアップ。公式の資料では“鋭い中音域、軽快な高音域と滑らかな低音域のサウンドが特徴となっています。”とあるが、要するに、フェンダーの伝統的なトゥワンギーな特性のシングルコイルのPUとは異なるということだろう。外見からはやや大型でP-90スタイルのルックスを彷彿させる。

Noventaピックアップを1つだけ搭載したテレキャスター。究極的にシンプルにデザインされており、１ボリューム / １トーン。３Wayサドルとサドル下部だけの台座のブリッジ。ハーフ・ピックガードというシンプルなルックスだ。
その他の仕様としてはメイプル材のネックは60s“C”、メイプルまたはパーフェローの指板となっている。
